Kevin Fannin
Kevin has had an appreciation and admiration for emergency response from an early age. His father and uncle served in the US Army during the Vietnam conflict. His father was a police officer and then a Reserve Deputy with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for 30 years before his retirement.
Kevin is an Iraq War Veteran and served in the US Air Force for 29 years before retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in 2015. During his military career, he was involved in several emergency operations including hurricane preparedness in Virginia, supporting the Haitian migrant relief efforts in Panama, and disaster preparedness at his overseas assignments. Kevin is grateful to first responders for their dedication, hard work, and care of others.
Kevin has been a long-time supporter of HFA and has been an avid fundraiser since its founding. He has also participated in both the Rally for First Responders and Run 4 the Hills events. In 2020, Kevin and his husband Turner relocated to Sharon Springs and in 2023, Kevin joined HFA’s Board of Directors. He is honored to be giving back to his community through his service on the board. Kevin currently works as a global project manager for a pharmaceutical company in New Jersey responsible for delivering immuno-oncology therapies for patients.
