Hero Fund America makes its first grant to Cobleskill Police Department

HFA is proud to announce its very first grant recipient, the Cobleskill Police Department in Cobleskill, New York. This grant will support their ‘Shop with a Cop’ program, now in its 3rd year. Congratulations to the entire department and thank you for your continuing educational and community outreach programs for all! This grant was made possible through the Hero Fund America Fund, administered through the Oneida-Herkimer Community Foundation in Utica, New York.

5th Annual Run 4 the Hills for First Responders!

Online registration opens on 12/1/17 for the 5th annual Run 4 The Hills For First Responders! which will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018. This fun run/walk benefits the Hero Fund America Fund and the Sharon Spring Rescue Squad in Sharon Springs, NY. You can register at:, search Run 4 The Hills For First Responders. The Hero Fund America Rally for First Responders! will be held on September 26, 2017. This inspiring road rally will begin at the Sharon Springs Fire Department and finish at the 9.11 Memorial in New York City. Visit for more information!
